Airtel vodafone idea - Unnessary stip my outgoing even after the payment done to old network

Dear sir/mam on the date ** march i got the massage that u have outstanding of your privious idea postpaid connection of ***.** rs
I done the payment online to idea(*** rs) on given link by airtel ,still they are reminding me about outstanding then suddenly in**/*/** they stop my outgoing and warn me that it is totally stope the services after **/*/**.
Then again i done the payment of *** rs on same date **/*/** but still they are not resume my outgoing and still Reminding me by call regarding privious outstanding.
Please resolve my problem as i am facing lots trouble to call any body
