Greeting for the day !!!
This is second reminder about SBI credit card statement which I received on * Feb **** which is fraudant, I have constantly said that I have only applied for it and didn't received the card in physical yet how come I have being receiving the statement bills of it without consuming it.Think that this is a fraudulent act which is going on ,I have already mailed about this earlier and I also wished to discontinue your services,still SBI continued sending statement of the same without issuing credit card.I had applied for credit card in November ****,through SBI site and received a call from the executive regarding the same for documentation.
I had submitted my required documents to verification person & after verification received another call from executive for telephonic verification where he mislead us with card features & annual charges.
On the same time we request him not to process further and stop the same for not providing us the Credit card. But unfortunately the SBI executive haven’t listened to us and had process with further process of issuing credit card. On **th November I had received a text message on my register mobile number that your credit card is dispatched which is still not received by me even today.
on *th January,**** I received first credit card statement for payment due of Rs **** and second statement on *feb **** of RS ***.**. Now I would like to know how come without receiving credit card and while making cancelling request for credit card bank can charge me a sum of Rs ****.at first and *** at second email.
Has I had made cancellation request for not issue me a credit card on the same date of telephonic verification how come executive is processing ahead for issuing the credit card.
I even neither don’t know the credit card number nor its been received my me, hence I’ll be not making payment against the unnecessary charges levied on me.
Please look into the matter urgently and let me know what needs to be done and resolution of the same otherwise I have to logged complaint in consumer forum
Looking for a positive response from your team, for reference I had provided snap shot of the credit card statement received.
Also I don't want to continue SBI credit card,so please cancel my credit card service and account.
