Work India pvt Lmtd company - unnecessary restricted my account

I posted my job with using number .I posted job requirement from our sister concern company by mistakenly . Then I edited it with our mother concern company documents in KYC process. Then work India verification team restricted my account.
I don't know What problem do they have? Whereas I submitted all the documents that were required and also changed the name of the company.
due to this unnecessary inconvenient cause and my time wasting I want my full amount return.
Unsupportable customer and verification work India team.

please resolve this issue or refund my full subscription amount.
