MI note 5 pro - Unnecessary harassment for repair at customer service centre

I am unable to hear my incoming calls because of speaker problem of phone, went to authorised service center and told to repair. They told parts not available it will take at least *-* days to get parts and till then please deposit your phone here. I told I'm using my phone with Bluetooth, you please book my complaint and take advance payment and arrange parts. I will back after *-* days for repair but they denied.
