Hdb finance - Unnecessary bouncing charges

I purchase a phone from hdb finance die to some of my mistake i cant maintain my bank acnt at the tym of emi clearance . After that i was paid the emi with bouncing charges but hdb finance deducted rs **** bouncing charges throungh my acount and second tym they wil deduct ***+*** * times from my acnt and i was also paid them emi with bouncing charges. I was talk with cusyomer care but they didnt listen any thing and i have recording of custo.er care executive i called there *-* times but they dont talk on this topic please help mere jaisay pta ni kitne logo ke saath ye aisa krte hai
