Hello Sir/ Madam
I brought Noika C*-** refurbished mobile through online booking in the of Mr.Krisknan and got delivered on **/*/**. Since mobile battery and charger not fixable to mobile and also we not satisfied with the product I kindly request you to refund the money as soon as possible.
Even I contacted through telephonic conversation for this issue.
I hopefully in refunding the money

Still now none of the amount transferred to my account. Are you sure, will refund the amount. I kindly request you to refund the amount. Or else please prefer me some other options to channelise. Can't able to reach you through phone what other source to reach you.
To transfer money through NEFT payment will take at least *hrs or by same bank means on the Spot , for what you people taking **days and again extension shame on purchasing your products. Even if product is satisfied we would used it but without matching battery and phone how to use it.. Please transfer the amount by today
