Home Credit Finance - Unknown loan ac in cibil report placed by home credit finance pvt ltd

Hime credit company first enqury a query in my cibil then they add a mobile no in my cibil report as alternate no. Then they add an adress as alternate address then a new mail id and after *-* days they made this changes as permenant address , mobile no. And mail id but this all details are fake , then they give a **k loan to that mobile no. And its reflecting in my cibil report from the first day that person never pay any instalment mean its a planned fraud , and its very very dificult to call or place a complint to home credit but after spending hours i finally did it but they are very slow and they asked me to give loan no. And cibil report with orginal pan card etc where they should correct it by it self becoz they gave money to someone bank ac , in short is this some kind of scam or fraud
