Saket hospital jaipur - Unjustified vills

My father and mother were admitted in Saket Hospital, Jaipur for last ** days and meanwhile everyday hospital team used to send * PPE kits in their room per person which means * PPE kits in a day for both patients. After * days of our stay, we were informed that we will need to separately pay for the kits as it will not be claimable under insurance policy...on checking we got to know that we are liberally charged Rs***** for that. Nurses hardly changed PPE kits once in a day and that too it used to be the same for each patient so I really have no idea on why we are charged so much for this.
Management and the medical guy have started misbehaving and came on GET LOST attitude.
Please help..we need justice.
