Subject: Unjustified Deduction of ₹***,***.** from Dafabet Account
I am filing a complaint against Dafabet regarding an unjustified deduction from my account.
On **/**/****, a manual adjustment of ₹***,***.** was made from my account, reducing my balance from approximately ₹*,**,*** to ₹**,***.
Dafabet claims this deduction was due to "Prohibited Practices" and states that bonus and winnings were removed. However, I did not claim or use any bonus on my account at any point.
I have requested clarification, but they have not provided:
* Details of any bonus applied to my account
* Evidence linking my bets to bonus usage
* Specific transactions that violated their terms
This deduction appears arbitrary and unjustified.
I request:
*. A full audit of my account
*. Proof of any bonus usage (if claimed)
*. Reversal of the deducted amount if no valid violation is proven
This issue involves a significant amount and requires urgent resolution.
