Piramal Housing Finance - Unjustified charges levied against property loan

I have taken loan against property from DHFL in ****. Now i have to foreclose the loan but now Piramal(earlier DHFL) had levied *% penalty on my outstanding amount , which is not even mentioned in my sanction letter. Now they are blackmailing us to give us the amount otherwise they will not close my loan account.
