Maruti Suziki India Pvt Ltd - UNJUST DELAY AND MISLEADING INFORMATION FOR MY VEHICLE REPAIR

I am filing this complaint against M/s Shree Gopal Auto, Siwan (Maruti Suzuki Authorized Arena Service Centre) for deficiency in service, delay, poor repair quality, misleading information, and mental harassment.

I submitted my Maruti Fronx (Reg. No. BR**HW****) to the workshop on **/**/**** for accident repair under insurance. As per the job card, the EDD was **/**/****. However, based on communication and images shared by the workshop, the vehicle was shown as ready on **/**/****, but delivery was delayed till **/**/**** due to internal stock-transfer issues.

After I raised a complaint, the workshop assured delivery on **/**/****. When I visited the workshop on that date, I found that the Fender Lining was unrepaired, some accident-related parts were still not repaired, the repair quality was poor, and the vehicle was in an unacceptable condition. I was also falsely informed that Fender Lining was not covered under insurance, which is misleading and incorrect.

I possess call recordings confirming that the delay and non-repair were due to workshop failure, not any insurance or surveyor issue. Despite this, the workshop repeatedly shifted blame to the insurer.

Due to the failure to deliver my vehicle in proper condition, I was forced to hire cabs for daily commute. I am claiming expenses only from **/**/**** onwards, amounting to approximately ₹**,*** till date.

The repeated false assurances, delay, poor workmanship, and hostile behaviour after complaint have caused me mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of peace of mind.
