My sister ordered a product with free delivery terms from Flipkart. However, the Ekart delivery agent in my area (PIN Code ******) demanded an additional delivery fee of ₹**. This has been a recurring issue. I raised this concern with your support yesterday and was assured it would not happen again, but the delivery agent still demanded the fee today. So I told my sister to rejected the order and again register a complain in Flipkart customer support. Also this problem is happening since the ekart logistics started their services in our area.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
