Anna University - University not publishing our result s

Am a BE student in Infant jesus college of engineering , Thoothukudi affiliated to Anna university , Chennai **** batch. Our results are being withheld by university officials for not paying the examination fee by the college . We paid all our tuition fee and examination fee to the college without fail. Now we are suffering for the mistake our college made. The last update which we receive from the college is they paid a partial amount to the university but the university is demanding full amount and will not publish the results. we waited almost * months now and we denied our basic right for revaluation etc.
Our next examination date is coming and we need to know our result before the next exam. Please kindly guide me and help me in this matter.
