pdm University - University forcing students to pay advance fees in lockdown

I am a student at PDM University, Bahadurgarh(private University) of the computer science department (BCA *nd Year). In this pandemic, My university is forcing students to pay advance fees or the student will not be able to give end semester exams. But UGC already published guidelines **** in which it is clearly mentioned: "University should not force students to pay advance fees in the lockdown". My University neglecting it although they are also one of the members of UGC. We tried to contact the university but they always come up saying you at least have to **% of the fees. The fees are ₹***** & **% of it is ₹*****. How a student whose family is surviving under ₹**** in this pandemic can pay such amount. The last date of paying fees is ** May ****. You are our only hope, we don't what to do & how to do it. please secure our future.
