Universal music Delhi - Universal music Delhi fraud

I run an event company in Pune. On **th May, one of my client based in Delhi asked me to arrange music and decor for a birthday party on **th May. Having our setup in Pune we usually outsource services to other vendors when the requirement is out of Pune. I got the reference of Universal Music run by Ashish Mukherjee through google and I contacted him to discuss the requirement. He gave me a package of *****/- which included live band, decor and photographer. As the client was mine I had given him a package of *****/- for the above services. The client requested to pay cash for the same. As I was based in Pune I couldn’t collect the cash myself hence asked Ashish to take the full amount from the client and transfer the remaining amount to my bank account. Now this transaction was totally on trust as this is how companies in event management and service industry work. Ashis promised and committed that he will transfer my payment once he receives from the client. However, this man just vanished after the event. He blocked me and when I called from another no he blocked that no too. This is a totally unethical and dishonest attitude. As I have been in this industry for long I had promised to offer him more business in future. However, I am extremely disappointed with his dishonest attitude.
