This complaint is regarding the Unhygienic chicken serverd, due to which i got the allergic reaction within ** minutes. i rush to hospital immediately in emergency and after examine the doctor give the treatment for the allergic reaction.
The Hungry panda Shop no.-** restaurant is situated in Palam vyapar Kendra, Palam VIhar, Gurugram Haryana ******. this is not the first time that they served the unhygienic food. three months back i have taken chicken momos from than and four members of my family got the stomach infection, even at that time i had convey my message to the shop owner regarding this incidence. I am attaching all my relevant document related to my current incidence.
