I have purchased a fridge from Croma. The fridge is Liebherr *** liters, * Star Double Door Refrigerator. After the product was delivered, we found the fridge to be not good. The rubber of the fridge not to be good fit.
Hence, I complaint with in a week of the product and asked for replacement. I could find the fridge to be not performing and the vegetables getting spoilt with in * days of keeping it in the fridge.
They said it will be escalated to the service man. They checked and said it is properly functioning. And said no issue at all.
Now with in ** days there came a complaint of water leaking from the fridge. I asked y it occurred? Service person had no explanation. Nor said anything. If my fridge was working well, how can you see the vegetables spoils in * days. And mosquitoes inside the fridge???
Now I get a call saying they will replace a part of it,
and they are they will upgrade my fridge.
I am wondering, How can a service people call and tell they will upgrade only when a problem has raised.
When I asked this they have no explanation. They are doing a good cause they are upgrading. I wonder is it only for me.. If only me, then is it really upgrade or product defect which they are not accepting and telling like this?
Since, I have already raised a complaint asking them to replace the fridge and, Liebherr company is hell bent not to replace.
They are saying all reasons to keep it.
*. Croma sale service, they forced us to buy this product
*. Liebherr person who came to check, has not checked properly and gave a fake report saying the product is working well
*. Once the product is now defect after ** days, They will replace a plastic is what they are saying.
How can a fridge get damaged with in ** days. And a part be replaced.
I need Croma to replace me other product.
