Good Evening,
I am very much disappointed by the service you have provided and I have been using Pass for the last * - * months and on a daily basis I am regularly using your bike taxi.
But facing lots of issues like wrongly charging fares, increase the amount, increase value of pass also, no option of direct discussion and no option of direct transfer and major problem is Wallet amount not transferable to account and not accepted by Driver, they debating or not accepting, and not from those who fight daily for these issues, company have to correct it.
I mentioned the Major Points and also attached Invoices Copy and Wallet Balance image on mail and in attachment also for clarification.
I Requested you to kindly arrange the option for Transfer this amount on Bank Account and Stop this unethical activity of increasing rate due to your technical issues.
My Complaints Are mentioned below.
*. Extra Charge and Other Issues:
When I Booked the Bike Taxi by Rapido Bike Taxi App to Book Bike Taxi, It shows the Amount After Applying the Pass (which was purchased by me) and When I Complaint then they returned me also.
They Do this Extra Charge thing on a regular basis, although they return it to their wallet, but the issue is they have to Transfer it on Account directly which they denied.
But they returned it on Wallet, which is not usable for me because the Driver is not accepted by Wallet and in any other way unable to use it. They do it regularly and now the Wallet Balance is Rs.**.
I also requested to Transfer this amount directly to my bank account, but they refused. So nothing they accepted and only giving the limited option.
Also they did not refund the Amount of Rs.**, which was against On **/**/****, they showed Rs.** & charged Rs.** and not Returned.
They get benefited by this and I'm at a loss because we have to pay the amount that shows after Drop.
We can complaint later on that and accordingly they returned, but amount is not useful for me because they returned in wallet and if I want to use it also to pay by wallet and Driver denied, so I'm in total loss, because Driver not want and debating on that point and Company also not returned in Bank and finally the amount is in wallet and not usable.
*. Customer Service :
Also they are smart because there is no Toll free number to call customer care, so there is no point of discussion and they only provide the complaint options to select and there is no window to clarify the issues.
Resolution want from my Side:
I want to Stop doing extra fare showing things now from Rapido,
Also I want the Wallet amount in my Bank Account and for that I will Provide them the account details so that they can transfer the amount and I will use this for other purposes including the
Rs.** (**/**/****) + Wallet Amount Rs.** = Total Rs.**.
Want the Toll Free Number and Regional Managers or Appellate Authority email Address on the website so that I can discuss it.
I want to show you the Transaction with Dates and Also Providing you the Extra Charged Invoices.
