Swapnil Patni Classes - Unfulfilled Promises and Refund Denial by Swapnil Patni s Coaching Institute

I am a student from Karnataka who enrolled in Swapnil Patni’s Classes (Pune) for CA coaching in **** after being influenced by their advertisements showing premium facilities and hostel support.

I paid ₹*,**,*** in full faith for offline coaching. But when I reached Pune, I was shocked to see the poor condition of their facilities. Despite informing them that I had a knee injury, I was told to stay in a hostel on the *th floor — with no elevator. I was then advised by their staff to return home and switch to online classes. They also promised a partial refund of ₹*,**,***, which was never made.

I served a legal notice, and since August ****, I have filed and pursued Consumer Case No. ***/**** before the District Consumer Forum, Belagavi. It is now May ****, and there has been no progress. The coaching institute has never appeared in court, and the case is repeatedly adjourned.

I am mentally, financially, and emotionally distressed.

This complaint is not only to seek justice for myself, but also to warn and protect other students from falling into similar traps. Private coaching institutions like this operate without regulation and take advantage of students who have no proper support system.

I urge students across India to be careful before trusting such institutions. Do not fall into their trap like I did.
