I have made booking under booking id ********* which was paid and confirmed starting today three nights. Upon calling the property this morning to request an early check-in i was told property is closed for quarantine...i tried calling their customer service innumerable time with no success or resolution...i am an individual female traveler and now strandednin chennai airport...
It is very unethical to take booking without updating the property status.. this causes lots of inconvenience and mental trauma to me.
