Vidhyaa Prakash - Unfair Trade Practices Operational Deception and Wrongful Deductions by Vaidika Parampara

I registered for the "Beginner Lifetime Shakti Awakening Access" bundle on the Vaidika Parampara platform via an Instamojo payment gateway link. Upon identifying significant operational discrepancies and hidden tier pricing within the student community, I formally requested a track adjustment/downgrade to their unlisted one-year track due to household budget limits.The merchant panicked and immediately terminated my access to the community support channels to isolate me. To settle the exit, the merchant bypassed the official Instamojo platform dashboard refund rules and sent a manual, unlinked UPI transfer of ₹*,***. They wrongfully withheld a balance of ₹*,***.** under the false claim that filed GST returns cannot be adjusted upon cancellation. Immediately after processing this offline transfer, they fully revoked my digital portal login credentials, effectively cutting off my access to the product while keeping a portion of my funds.A business cannot legally terminate a digital service while pocketing a partial payment of ₹*,***.** under arbitrary rules. I am filing this complaint to publicly log this unfair trade practice and demand the return of the remaining transaction balance.
