My father recently purchased a JIO PHONE at a cost of **** Rupees Only, my father being illiterate has not seen that the box clearly mentioned that the Unit is not for Sale, and also has not issued Sales Invoice/Bill.
The Phone Stopped working within two days of Time, the Shopkeeper name is Banday Electronics located at Bus Stand Sopore.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
