Rohit Keshav Bhoir filed complaint against Bussan Auto Finance India Private Limited on May 3, 2023
I Rohit Bhoir residing at Uran, Raigad. My Loan account no. TW***INR********. I had purchased Yamaha bike in July **** vide Bussan Auto finance for a loan Rs. *****. That the loan tenure was for ** months. Due to monotorium in Covid **, the EMI of * months was inferred. That the EMI was increased till January **** instead of July ****. That * EMI's were bounced due to financial difficulty. Still the EMI's would finish till April ****. That the Bussan Executive Piyu Gaikwad (**********) is harressing me and asking me to pay ** thousand. That I'm only liable to pay bouncing charges and other taxes and no more EMI as I have cleared all. That the company is extorting me. That the company with wrongful motive extracting more amount than my liability and is threatening and abusing me. That they are using unfair practices for such extortion. Please look into matter.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
