Paalana institute of medical sciences - Unfair service from Hospital

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

We are writing this email to inform you about medical negligence that occurred to my family member on **-**-****.

We had admitted my sister on **-**-**** at Paalana hospital at * Am. The only medicines they gave were painkillers. They informed us that at night reports cannot be done and told us to wait till * AM. Hence, they asked to admit us.

They had asked us to conduct a lot of tests mainly Ultrasonic, CT scan, Contrast and other tests. They didn't understand the issue at all, and kept assuming things and wrongly diagnosing the patient.

The first doctor said that it may be kidney stone but it was not. The gynaecologist could not even identify the problem. Till the discharge time, they never understood the problem or discuss it with the family members. For ** hours they kept the patient in observation without any reason.

We were discharged from the hospital and we had to be exorbitant amounts without a proper diagnosis. We visited another hospital for a second opinion and they conducted an ultrasonic scan. They said that its a pain that occurs in the lower abdomen for patients who have undergone Cesarean section or C-section.

The Doctors at Paalana Hospital, Dr Avinash and Dr Mabel John have provided the wrong diagnoses, mentally tortured the patient and also have conducted medical negligence and totally disregarded the needs of the patient. We talked with the PRO and still, they have not contacted us for resolving the issue.

We kindly request that you take this issue into consideration and aid us in resolving it as soon as possible.
