JustJaldi com - Unfair practice in service delivery

My TV purchase billing and discussion with customer sales representative is telling that my order will be delivered in * days. While after ** hours order tracking is not mentioning any progress of delivery, I have called them approx. ** times but no one comes to attend call , from today morning even they are disconnecting my call, several mails also sent but yet not responded by customer support team, Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer support no response. I also look about google review and lot of dissatisfactory customer reviews had ben made of this nature made. I want to request you that pls help me for timely, qualitative delivery or amount back in my bank account. As this is not appropriate way of dealing with customers. This comes under willful negligence or we can say fraud category.
