Delhi University - Unfair migration date for SOL students

I am a SoL *st year student who has just given my *nd semester and now am waiting for the results. Sir I want to migrate from sol to regular college which is possible as per the latest rules but the migration date for the same is **-sept. On paper we can migrate but I'll need my *st year marksheet as a document which I can provide to colleges only after October .
This is unfair that SOL students aren't even given a chance to migrate but on the piece of paper we are. This is unfair. DU should do something regarding the matter to make things clear and genuine.
