Igraft - Unfair deduction of amount during refund

I have paid **k deposit amount for my hair transplant to IGraft Global Hair Services, Pune Branch. I have paid in two instalments of **k and **k. Here are the details:

*. Paid **k on **/**/****, invoice no - estigraft-******
Their surgeons cancelled the surgery as local anaesthesia didn't suit my body and body reacted adversely to the dosage. My surgery didn't proceed and I asked for the refund of my deposit amount on **th Feb ****. I got an email from there side that **k will be deducted as charges for patch tests and OT preparation. It was never told to me that I have to pay for the patch tests or any kind of charges, in case of cancellation of the surgical procedure.
Since it was never informed to me about any kind of deductions in case of cancellation of surgery, it's unfair to deduct **k now.
