BalleBaazi - Unfair contest against terms and regulation

I joined a contest worth rs **** which stated * teams and * winner,however only * people joined,instead of cancelling the league,it was considered as a head to head match
This is totally against fairplay rule as it was not mentioned that the contest will be rearranged as done now

I informed them regarding the same ,but there was minimal response from their side,only an apology ,but no refund was initiated
It is there fault not mentioning these rules in term and regulation of this game site
