Saini Sweets Corner - Unfair charges for air conditioner

It was a humid day, therefore, we asked the waiter to put on the A.C. He did accordingly but weren't informed about the A.C. charges. After the course when we went for paying the bill the shop owner charged us with a sum of extra money (** rupees) as in the form of A.C. charges. On questioning, the owner replied that we should have asked him before putting on the A.C. And then I asked him that why is it so and why aren't they having such rules mentioned anywhere inside the shop or even on the menu card. The man strictly replied with a no and said: " Jab aap bus me jaate ho to kiraya dete ho ya nahi, wase hi yha baethne ka bhi kiraya dena padega". Hence I being a responsible citizen of Jhajjar want to claim action for "unfair charging on customers" against the shop owner.
