I am filing a complaint against Story TV for an unfair auto-debit charge.I previously signed up for a ₹* trial. After the trial, an automatic subscription fee of ₹*** was deducted from my account on ** July **** at **:** PM.However, neither the merchant nor the bank sent the legally mandatory **-hour pre-debit SMS notification required under RBI rules. Because I received no warning, I could not cancel the trial in time.I have not watched or used the service since the deduction, and I have now cancelled the mandate in Paytm. Since the transaction violated notification rules, I request a full refund of my money.
