Home Credit - unexpected Loan Amount Very Bad Policies

Well I am mohd sohil got a Loan Sum Amount ***** Deducted after File Charges ***** INR at the higher Rate of Interest **.** %.
When I want to Close this Loan They Gave us unexpected Loan Amount with any Calculation.
Several Mails I sent but Replied After * -** Days no perfect Answer Received by The company.
I wanted to Pay Now but they Have ** Days Hidden Policy once EMI Paid Then customer Needs Request for Loan Closure but After ** Days of cycle if Crossed this Cycle then Customer Need to wait for Next Month What the Hell this Service.....
Overall I want to Know How they Calculate Amount For Closure But they Can't Give me Information.
