Tech Savvy Immigration Pvt Ltd Noida - Unethical Practices by Immigration Consultancy Poor Communication and Unjustified Charges

I would like to raise a complaint against the immigration consultancy I engaged for Australian immigration services. Initially, I was asked to pay a substantial consultancy fee, followed by an additional payment for the Australia registration process. Despite making the payments as requested, the support and communication from the consultancy have been highly unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

I was first contacted by Ms. Mona Lisa, who introduced me to Ms. Akshita as my case manager. Unfortunately, Ms. Akshita was consistently rude and uncooperative during our interactions. Without any prior notice or explanation, I was later informed that she would no longer be handling my case.

Subsequently, Ms. Kanak Singh was assigned as my new case manager. However, it was evident that she lacked the necessary knowledge about Australian immigration procedures, which added to my concerns and confusion.

I have made several attempts to contact the consultancy for clarification and updates on my case, but I have received no response whatsoever. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior—despite charging a large sum of money—are completely unacceptable.

I request that this matter be looked into urgently, and appropriate action be taken against the consultancy.
