Uber Eats - Unethical practices and poor service by Uber Eats

An order was placed with Uber Eats on August **st , ****. However, the ordered was cancelled with a remark that the delivery person could not contact me. Firstly the location of delivery was at my office which has a huge hoarding outside the building and is a landmark in itself. There no reason for the delivery person to contact me for delivery as I have received several deliveries without contacting me. Secondly I have selected the option of door delivery. However no delivery person has reached the location or contacted the security. CCTV camera footage does not show any delivery person reaching the office door. Thirdly, the delivery person has given a missed call (once) and cancelled the order. This clearly shows lack of intent as any logical or ethical person would have called at least *-* times before cancelling the order. This clearly shows that the person wanted to avoid the delivery. Have shared the screenshots for the same with Ubereats as well. And lastly, the service is pathetic. When I spoke to them over the call and asked for answers to the above points specifically, they said they cannot provide the answers and asked to raise a request in the app/mail (obviously showing the lack of intent to resolve the problem). And on the app, all I got was generic and pre written answers even when I specifically have asked for something.
