I ordered a product online where the delivery partner called me on **th to deliver. And since I was out of town I told him to deliver it to me on *st April to which he agreed. And now I'm writing this on *st and he has cancelled my order stating it has returned.when I complained this to customer care they were very negligent,rude and they disconnected the call stating order it again. Is this the quality of your staff this is how they respond without resolving the problem.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
