SpiceJet Ltd - Unethical Behaviour and Baggage Missing

I booked SpiceJet flight from Bangalore to Darbhanga (SG - ***) and journey was dated on **-**-**** and scheduled time was **:** PM.
PNR Number: GHVLJE
After undergoing all protocols at Airport, i was waiting at boarding gate. One of SpiceJet employee informed us, flight to Darbhanga got cancelled . They informed * minute before boarding.
It created chaos at Airport among passengers. There was no other flights to Darbhnaga and SpiceJet has no clue, how they are going to handle the situation. I somehow managed to get Flight to Patna (SG***) after long argument with SpiceJet Employees, as i had emergency and any how i have to travel. My departure got delayed by * hours.
I got new boarding pass to Patna, I rechecked from their employees, Are they going to keep my checked-in baggage to Patna flight? They confirmed and assured me twice, they are moving my baggage to Patna Flight.
When i reached Patna, flight got * hour more delayed and i reached around *:** pm.
I was waiting for my Baggage at Belt -* and when i didn't find my baggage, i spoke to SpiceJet Team at Patna Airport. They informed, They didn't received my baggage from Bangalore.
I was in hurry, as i need to travel to another city. Now, I don't have anything with me. My keys and all important things were in Baggage. I felt like handicapped and behavior of Airport Employees were harassing. I was mentally disturbed. Its like a mental torture, as i have nothing with me.
I logged baggage complain and below is the details:

SpiceJet Team said, luggage will come next day by same flight, you will get in evening / ** hours.
I somehow managed to stay for next days. I tried to reach airport on call but no body was responding. I reached Airport next day on **th Dec at * pm to collect my luggage. There was no response and acknowledgement from SpiceJet Team, after long arguing for * hours at SpiceJet counter, i got my Baggage at *:** PM at night.
This is ridiculous and very disappointing. I never expected such unethical behavior from SpiceJet.
I had a very huge loss in terms of monetary and mentally harassed for this unprofessional behavior from SpiceJet.
I am just claiming Rs. ***** as a monetary loss. Please help me.
