I recharged my Idea number ********** with *** plan on **th July which was truly unlimited plan. I made a call on a number on ** July for which rupees ** was deducted from my main balance. When I contacted the idea company through mail, it replied that the number was chargeable.
I don't understand why the number was chargeable then the plan was truly unlimited for local/national calls
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
