TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LTD - Underpaid Rsper month even after working for 8 yrs 5 months continuously in TCS Kolkata since 2014 a

Joined here in TCS, Kolkata with my previous Exp of * yrs but they treated me as fresher and offered me gross Rs.**,*** monthly and grade as BPO*. I didn't deny because I was one and only bread and butter earner for my family and I wanted a job to save my family hence I accepted their offer, I was forced to stay beside TCS,kolkata because of shifting duty. I couldn't save a single penny, all lost after Hostel or PG.

I worked as Manual Tester for * yrs for different projects in TCS and I didn't get promotion till date. I am BPO* till date as they offered at the time of joining in ****.
I wanted at least Rs. **,*** per month in the last meeting discussion with my HRs but they are silent, not paying well. Last month salary is Rs.**,*** after all deduction. I can't save a single penny because I have my oldage parents. How can I provide them food when I can't support myself.
