JBL earphone - Under warranty product is not replaced

I have bought jbl earphone from Flipkart. The earphone was under warranty period but stopped working. I have contacted to jbl. They have sent me an address for sending that earphone.. the courier charge is RS. **.
They received the courier on *rd of June but continued demanding for tracking I'd.. I have send them tracking I'd and also screenshot of tracking detail.. they have accepted that they received the product after *-* days of recieving. After that they said me to send invoice and address. I have sent them.. I was desperately waiting for the earphone but didn't get any response. Then I contacted again and they repeated the same thing that send me address and phone no. I have sent them but again nothing happened. Then I contacted them again and got the same response that send me the invoice and address.. I really got tired of it... It's almost * month and ** days but I didn't get the earphone .
