poco - Under warranty phone is been replaced by a low spec phone

I purchased a phone (poco x* pro) on ** September, **** which has stopped working while I was using it, so I approached to the nearest service centre of xiaomi. they told me the phone is in good condition except the motherboard which is still under warranty so they would replace my phone. but they are replacing my phone with a phone of low specifications whereas I have paid for poco x* pro and I also expect a phone with same specifications or a higher one under replacement. poco has stopped the production of poco x* pro due to the problems arriving in the device so in return they should provide a phone with same specifications. my only request is to replace my phone with a same specifications phone and I need it as soon as possible because all my important data and study material is in my phone
