Under Performance of *.* KW Solar System bought from Nexus Solar. Since the time of first complaint on **th April and subsequent checking on **th April the solar system do not produce more than *.* KW of energy. As communicated by Nexus dealer while buying the system that it will give * KW energy and later Nexus Energy Owner Mr. Deepak also informed us that output will improve as temperature get lowered. But even after more than * months of above episode solar system is giving only *.* KW of maximum output. Even after paying more than *.** Lac and * months of wait company has not rectified the problem nor replaced the products.
