Suryafood IN - UNDELIVERED PACKAGE ORDERED

I writing this email grievance addressed to you for your kind attention related against the e commerce portal( suryafood.in) for deficiency of services.

It is hereby inform you that I had placed an order of household items( Surf Excel Matic Top Load Powder *kg pack of two) on suryafood.in portal dated ** December **** and made the payment amounting Rs. ***, with the order number alloted ****.

But, unfortunately, there is no such update or any information from the seller side afterwards regarding the delivery of the products ordered.

I constantly trying to contact them, via email support available
(suryagroup***@gmail.com) ,

(suryashop**@gmail.com) and

whatsapp channnel number ( **********, **********) but no response from them .

I tried to communicate them via telephone numbers( mentioned above) also, but it is constantly stating switched off, resulting no formal communication with them related to the non delivery.

I am in dilemna now ,whether the portal operating is either authentic or not, as not getting any prompt response from them anywhere and feels like have been cheated and a fraud victim.

Kindly requesting to look into the matter with sincerety and arrange to do the needful and resolution in this regard.
