Divyash Agrawal filed complaint against KFC on May 5, 2026
I placed an order on **th April **** via the KFC official app (Order No. #K*********) worth ₹*** at KFC Sodhala, Jaipur. The order was delayed by over * hours and was never delivered to me. I was not in the city at the time. The order sat uncollected at the branch counter through no fault of mine.
When I contacted the branch manager through the delivery partner requesting cancellation, he refused despite the unreasonable delay. The app falsely shows the order status as "Delivered." When I raised this with KFC customer support, they admitted this status updates automatically regardless of whether actual delivery happened — which is clear misrepresentation.
I have called KFC's helpline over ** times. Nearly ** calls went completely unanswered. The remaining calls gave me generic responses like "wait ** hours" or "someone will call back" — none of which led to any action.
I sent formal complaint emails to feedback@kfcindia.co.in, info@dil-rjcorp.com and devyani@dil-rjcorp.com. KFC replied with a generic auto-response claiming the issue was "resolved" — it was not. I have also filed a complaint on the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance No. *******, filed *th May ****). Despite all of this, I have not received my refund of ₹*** to date — ** days after the order.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
