Gulmohar - Undelivered items showing delivered

I have orderd * items from ajio . It was coming one by one. One day I got otp for delivery that time i gave delivry boy otp and he handed me parcel. I got only one kurti inside but It was M size so i returned it. I was wondering for my other itmes which were still pending but on ajio it showed delivered under the same package. Jabki I didnt received it and to my surprise it was showing delivered.
