Bombay Saving Company Private Limited - Undelivered COD Order Repeated Failures and No Response

I placed an order (ID: BSC**********) with Bombay Shaving Company on October **, ****, for Veleno Perfume (**ml), Venice Perfume (**ml), and Power Styler Edge Trimmer, under Cash on Delivery (COD) terms totalling ₹***, to be delivered to my address: Sundha mata auto geraj, Sirohi main road, Krishnaganj, Sirohi, Rajasthan, ******. The shipment was handed over to Delhivery (AWB: *************), with an expected delivery within *-* days as per standard e-commerce norms. However, despite the app showing 'Out for Delivery' status daily since November *, ****, no actual delivery attempt occurred at my rural address in Krishnaganj, which is approximately ** km from Sirohi town.
On November *, ****, I received a call from a Delhivery agent in Sirohi demanding I self-pickup the package from their facility (** km away) or provide a cancellation OTP, threatening immediate cancellation otherwise—this coercive behaviour violated home delivery policies for COD orders and added undue burden in a remote area. I refused and noted the call details, including the agent's phone number. Later that day, I raised multiple complaints via the Delhivery app and emailed (customer_support@cx.delhivery.com)
, but received no response. On November *, ****, the status updated to 'Delivery Failed due to open delivery request' after another failed attempt, with a missed call from the partner (+** ***** *****) at **:** AM IST; I made *-* immediate callbacks, all unanswered, further demonstrating unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability.
Despite sending final warning emails on November * to both companies (care@bombayshavingcompany.com and support@delhivery.com, with grievance officers CC'd), demanding delivery within ** hours or refund with compensation, over ** hours have passed with zero acknowledgment or action as of November *, ****. This prolonged delay (*+ days), agent harassment, and non-responsiveness constitute a clear deficiency of service, causing mental distress, wasted time, and opportunity loss. No payment has been deducted under COD, but I have incurred indirect losses from repeated follow-ups.
I demand: (*) Immediate home delivery to my exact address with tracking confirmation, or (*) Full cancellation and facilitation of COD refund within ** hours, plus ₹*,*** compensation for delays, harassment, and inconvenience. Failure to resolve will lead to escalation to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Rajasthan.
