Dear Zebpay Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to urgently escalate the issue regarding my cryptocurrency deposit that has not yet been credited to my Zebpay wallet.

, I transferred ** XLM from Kraken to my Zebpay wallet. Despite providing all necessary details multiple times, including the transaction ID, on-chain proof, and screenshots as requested, my deposit has not been credited even after more than ** days. My previous communications (Ticket ID: *******) have only received automated acknowledgments without any substantive resolution or timeline.
This delay and lack of proper communication are unacceptable and have caused me significant inconvenience and concern. I request that the issue be investigated with urgency and that my account be credited with the deposited amount immediately.
Please provide me with a clear update and estimated resolution time at the earliest. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within today, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.
