The Roof Yard Cafe Dwarka - Uncooked and stale food served by restaurant

I visited this cafe named The Roofyard Cafe in Delhi's Dwarka sector * on *th may in late evening around * PM after seeing pretty good reviews but disappointed later with pathetic quality of food and services. We ordered chicken **, chilli garlic noodles and mineral water. Staff is untrained, they don't know how to cook. They served raw noodles in the name of garlic noodles and stale chicken which was too hard to eat. We left the food as it is and still they charged ***% bill amount from us, i.e. , INR *** /-
There was no other customer present there, other than us. If food quality is bad they should not charge bill from us as a service gesture but they exploited us. Please help to get ***% refund to me in this case.
