Order No.******** dt. **.**.****- ordered Sony MDR - XB***B*Premium Extra Bass Headphones and free Wireless Bluetooth in Ear Noise Cancelling Ear Buds. selling price Rs. *,***- Offer price Rs.*,***/-. as per the information available in their site. payment made thro net banking on **.**.****. the order was confirmed on the same date. SMS was received to my phone. Product delivered thro Bluedart Courier on **.**.****. But inside the box contained an unbranded wired headphone of inferior quality which is available in local market for less than Rs. ***/-. No invoice or any literature found inside the box. Sent e-mail to the company on **.**.****. But no response from the company. I feel cheated. When i phoned no one took the phone.
