Kerala State Electricity Board Chalakudy - Unauthrise line disconnection by KSEB without knowledge of bill payer

Supply to the consumer number ***** **** **** has been disconnected several times by KSEB without the knowledge of bill payer, although we have made advance payment in this account. Due to this, we have got damages to electrical appliances being not powered as well as workers had to stop working in the premise due to no power in the building. My relatives were unable to stay in the property and had to rent another house to stay. This has been done several times by KSEB Chalakudy, which is not acceptable.
