Mohammed filed complaint against Hdfc Bank Credit Card Division on Nov 6, 2018
I have complaint towards the credit card division because they have kept my savings account on hold because I had not paid the credit card bills since three months, as I'm going through some financial difficulties I'm not able to make the credit card bills so Im looking for settlement on the credit card account. But my complaint is how can they hold my savings account as I have other EMIs in line to pay and it has effected all my monthly EMIs and my savings account will charge me with chq bounce changes and many more other charges. Please help me to solve this problem ASAP.
