ICICI Bank Limited - unauthorized transaction of 10000 rs from my ICICI bank account.

i have registered my complaint about unauthorized withdrawal of ***** rs. from my icici bank account on **th October **** at icici bank customer care.
After no. of followups, I got reply from customer care team about complaint closing.
The reply was, "they are unable to reverse the ATM trxn of ***** rs, as it was a successful trxn. , for more details call customer care". But, i was not satisfied with the statement, so I called customer care. Person from customer care team said same thing that the complaint is closed with the note of successful trxn. when I request to provide CCTV footage for that trxn, he told me to go home branch and see the footage.
But, when I went to the home branch and ask for the footage,they were unable to provide CCTV footage, because the person who had closed complaint don't have footage with them.
Since last one and half month, I am taking followups with the branch but still they are unable to provide it.
finaly i have raised complaint to head service quality of icici bank. but they are also not giving any kind of response.
simultaneously i have raised the complaint to cyber crime branch but, after one and half month they also transfer my complaint to local area police station. but i am not getting any kind of help from police also.
Since I am from middle class family, ***** rs means a lot to me.
But, after no of followups i didn't get any kind of response from any one.
So , I am raising my complaint at consumer forum, hope to get my money back.
